Lime Pie

  • 5 egg yolks, beaten
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust


  1. Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
  2. Combine the egg yolks, condensed milk and lime juice. Mix well.
  3. Pour into the unbaked graham cracker crust. Spread evenly and tap against the counter to remove any bubbles.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool for another 10 minutes. Garnish with lime slices and whip cream if desired.
