RECIPE
Blondie papaya brochettes with kiwi sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 papaya
- 1 oz of tamarind pulp
- 1 branch of rosemary
- Bambu sticks
For the sauce:
- 4 pieces of kiwi
- 1 oz of apple vinegar
- 2 oz of sugar
- 1 oz of butter
- 1 oz of white wine
Preparation:
- Peel and remove papaya seeds
- Once clean, chop papaya and fit into Bambu sticks
For the sauce:
- Peel and put kiwis into blender with water until yield puree
- Place butter in frying pan at medium heat and add the kiwi puree until it is cooked
- ncorporate the vinegar and white wine, mix and let them cooked
- Let all ingredients cool off.
To serve:
- Place brochettes in a plate, serve kiwi sauce in a ramikin, decorate with an orange and kiwi segment and few mint leaves.
- Finally, season brochettes with tamarind pulp
