Lime Pie
Ingredients:
- 5 egg yolks, beaten
- ½ cup lime juice
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust
Preparation:
- Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- Combine the egg yolks, condensed milk and lime juice. Mix well.
- Pour into the unbaked graham cracker crust. Spread evenly and tap against the counter to remove any bubbles.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool for another 10 minutes. Garnish with lime slices and whip cream if desired.
