Mango Lassi

Ingredients:

  • 2 mangos diced
  • 2 cups of plain yogurt
  • ½ cup of white sugar
  • Olive oil
  • 1 cup of ice

Preparation:

  1. In a blender combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve or chill in the fridge for later servings.
