Mango Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1 mango chopped
  • ΒΌ cup of chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno pepper finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Preparation:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients and toss to combine. Allow to sit for 30 minutes.
