Mango Salsa
Ingredients:
- 1 mango chopped
- ΒΌ cup of chopped red bell pepper
- 1 green onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Preparation:
- In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients and toss to combine. Allow to sit for 30 minutes.
